Biography
Backstory
Very little is known of Khalida's backstory. Her father was an Orc slave by the name of Murogrim who belonged to the Montagn family of Nestwood. During his occupation, he was forced into bedding one of the noble women. The woman became full with child and believed the child to be the offspring of she and her husband. When the baby was born and revealed to be Murogrim's daughter, the husband ordered that it be killed. Angry and no longer willing to serve, Murogrim attacked the family and kidnapped his daughter.
Somehow, he managed to bring her to Khal Ghodron and attempted to raise her there. Sometime during her childhood there was a slave raid and she was kidnapped and delivered right back into the Montagn's ownership.
The name "Khalida" means "Light to Darkness" in Orcish.
Introduction To the Party
During the attack on the nobles of Nestwood, Urgnak came across a young woman trembling and begging for life. She spoke to him in fluent Orcish, begging for the "mercy of her Kin". After quickly complementing whether or not her survival was worth the risk, Urgnak saved her by throwing her over his shoulder and pulling her away from the fire. She later thanked him by saving his life after he was touched by a lich by bestowing a blessing by Tal'Magoth upon him. She has since been his guidance into finding his true purpose as an orc.
