alright so it's a round adamantine tablet about three feet in diameter with three triangular gemstones set in its center in a triangle, like a slightly spaced out triforce. The are also three small clasps around the edges. This tablet can/must answer any question put to it so long as the DM knows the answer. A question must be proposed in this way: the question is writen on a round piece of parchment matching the size of the tablet. The person who wishes to know the answer to the question places their hand on the reverse side of the tablet. The front of the tablet must then be struck by natural lightning or lightning produced by a very powerful ethereal being. The parchment with the question is vaporized, and the tablet converts the energy of the lightning into the question's answer which is then seared into the asker's mind. The answer can never be shared with any other character. If the question would reveal information that is too important, such as say knowledge that could destroy a god or reverse time or obliterate all life, one of the three gemstones shatter.
