Origins
The Forgemaster is of Nakiran origin, nested within the Belkan Highlands
One of the only natural constructs in existence. The forgemaster was born from the will of living things to create after the sky fell. This was out of desperation though, so it looks that it was built quite hastily. It took up residence within one of the mountains within the Belkan Highlands, starting its forge work.
It first worked on it’s own guard creating a construct with a will to follow orders like a soldier. Binding magic together to create a forged soul, and then binding it to armor. The soul of the armor itself mimics the burning will of life, literally becoming a body of flame. As does all its soul infused creations.
Blacksmiths and practitioners of magic from around Nakiro visit the Forgemaster almost yearly. It trades with blacksmiths for materials, such as steel, iron, and other ores for armor or tools.
Those of the more magical persuasion tend to study The Forgemaster from afar. Visiting it to watch its work unfold, and analyze the magic currents around it. It does not like being around active magics that alter things other than its own. Instead, it will instinctively send one of its guards unarmed. It then retreats leaving the scholars to study that instead.
It hates altering magic that is not it’s own. It is an embodiment of will. Therefore, it can be manipulated into giving something that can be used for evil. It’s the pure will to create something, and one can twist good intentions.
Depiction
It wears gray steel plating over parts of it’s body, while it has vine like black steel making up most of it. The plating appears cracked, almost like it was tempered improperly. It’s forge is up in mount Scinfaxi, where it will trade materials for high quality armors.
