Prefellian refers to any artifact, time-period, or people known to have existed before The Day the Sky Fell.
Within academic circles, Humans, Elves, Dwarves, and Orcs are collectively known as the "Prefellian races". However, Most commoners prefer to address the races separately in day-to-day conversation.
