Rhetorical Mnemonics is an ability known to Orator's that allow the character to prepare in advance to persuade or deceive another character. This skill can be used for persuasion or deception and requires 4 hours and being in a quiet, non-hostile environment. Incurs a +8 bonus upon using the prepared argument.
